The standalone support portal that used to live here has moved. Where you go next depends on what you're looking for:

For existing customers

You have a Dargo account already (Hardware or BYOD)

File a support ticket from inside the portal — the support tab knows which devices and apps are on your account, so your ticket arrives with the context already attached. New replies show up in the same tab.

Why the move? Splitting tickets between a public form and the in-portal system kept context attached to the right device for signed-up users, while keeping the public surface (docs + general inquiries) on the storefront where most visitors already are.
